We have all been were where you are now – looking for answers, a place to go, searching and trying new things, all the while 100% committed to achieving what we wanted in our personal and professional lives. Finding something that worked for our mental and physical health meant we needed to be more open to things we had not yet tried because the same old routine meant we continued to get stuck….

At Hearts & Minds we offer an extensive range of yoga, meditation and pilates classes along side alternative therapies such as Clinical Myotherapy and Energy Healing to name a few.

Our Mission

To create and facilitate mental health maintenance and recovery in a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for anyone of any gender.  We aim to provide you with the tools to feel well within your heart and mind through a foundation of yoga, meditation, pilates and mindfulness. With an emphasis on supporting those who have experienced trauma, anxiety and depression, in particular the ex military/ first responder community and women during the perinatal period.

Yoga

If yoga is new to you, it can be confusing deciding where to start with it all! We get it, which is why we’re offering yoga classes for the absolute beginner right through to the most advanced yogi.

We have gentle restorative yoga, slow yoga, strengthening yoga, dynamic and energetic styles such as vinyasa and also yoga you can do with your bubs. Please check out our class descriptions for more details.

Reformer Pilates

We offer many Reformer Pilates classes during the week and have purposely limited the class size to ensure each member gets the attention they need to stay safe and get the most out of each session- so be quick to book in for these!

Mindfulness

At Hearts and Minds you can come enjoy our unique, purpose built mindfulness pods.

Whether you’re brand new to meditation, or advanced, this is for you. Each one of our relaxing light dimmable pods, offers the ultimate comfort while you practice mindfulness and take the time to unplug from your busy daily life.  You can choose to meditate by yourself, be guided by an app, or be part of a group of three guided by a teacher. 

Empowerment Coaching & Energy Healing

Negative emotions can get ‘stuck’ in our bodies, and cause dis-ease of the mind and body. Put quite simply, if our lives aren’t working the way we hoped, despite using all our will power to make positive changes, there is work to do on shifting our emotional state. 

Cindy from Affirm Your Power uses a combination of techniques to get to the root cause of your issue and resolve it, so that you are free to greet life with a fresh outlook and achieve your desired outcomes.

 

 

 

Meditation

If independent mindfulness/ meditation is not what you want to do, we also have weekly meditation classes with qualified teachers to guide you into the practice of meditation and embracing mindful living.

Clinical Myotherapy

Rehab Lab is a Clinical Myotherapy practice based at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges, in the Hearts & Minds Wellness Hub.

At Rehab Lab, our aim is to rehabilitate you from pain, injury and dysfunction using a broad range of manual therapy techniques, rehabilitative exercise and pain education.

We treat a broad range of acute and chronic injuries, posture-related pain, pregnancy-related pain, and chronic pain conditions, such as fibromyalgia.

We believe in empowering you with the knowledge and skills to self-manage your condition when you are away from the clinic, to speed up recovery and improve your quality of life.
